Who I am

JAYBEE Softworks Ltd is a private limited company registered in Scotland (company no. SC901358), with its registered office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN. It is the data controller for the apps and this website.

What's collected

Nothing. My games work entirely offline. They don't collect, store or send any personal data, and they contain no analytics, advertising or tracking.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking either.

If you email me

I'll use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them once they're no longer needed.

App stores

When you download a game from Google Play, Google handles the download under its own privacy policy. I only see anonymous, combined statistics such as total installs.

Children

Because the games collect no personal data, none is collected from children.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data I hold about you and ask me to delete it. The only data I might hold is an email you've sent me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
